I think by the time this thing is finished, you will both be right in one way or another. My guess is by the time this is done. It will look more like a middle class tax cut then A direct no tax tips or no tax on overtime. Sounds like even now it’s talking about being a tax deduction when you do your taxes more than not getting taken out of your check every payday.

Nobody seems to care about that. It's horrific to suggest cutting government waste, nervermind eliminating any program. Half the country, maybe more, thinks it's government's job to give them stuff.
