Couldn't care less. Doesn't affect me. But please don't pretend it doesn't go on nationwide. You rarely see a post on your beloved forum discussing how the union took care of things with UPS. Usually people are complaining how they are constantly getting "violated" by UPS.

Oh, it goes on all the time the company has just decided to pay. I say take the money and run.

I've definitely lost grievances before.

But I've never once lost a supervisor working grievance. Got buffaloed into a compromise once before I knew any better.

Fact is who’s gonna stop it if they’re gonna pay it? Fact is they should hire more but they aren’t. Fact, is these things go on all the time for a while and then they stop. In fact is if there was no contract, they could do it and no one would get paid and they would never stop. The fact is, it’s not perfect never has been but it’s better than most people have. Put the money in your pocket. And thank the Union and the union members for filing.

I don’t worry about the stuff I can’t control but the things I can control I will.
