Happen to me at mall, ruthless cop gives me a ticket after finishing Shoe store. went to other side, came out of mall and dayum, another ticket. i just put fhem on center managers desk

Right, but in this case, it's all about the police wanting her to sign the citation, which I do not understand.

Maybe she should have printed the name address, phone number of the center manager or sup? Not signed?
