Fight the power.
I hate to be a bit of a downer but I need help from my UPS Brown Cafe brothers and sisters. My best friend has been diagnosed with inoperable pancreatic cancer. Please take a moment and pray for him and his family. He is very upbeat and positive but he needs our help. Please pray for his recovery and for his family to have strength to get through this ordeal. Thanks in advance. I now return you to the nothingness fluff frivolity.
Will do.

Something is wrong if you need your check that bad on Friday and can't wait a couple of more days. I do remember some drivers would wait around for their checks on Thursday night like their lives depended on it. That pretty much ended with direct deposit though.
It's not that I desperately need the check but it's an incentive to get my tired butt to brown up and strap on a package card and play with cardboard for just one more day.

Puked my guts out. No posts. No beers=sick
Take good care.....if it's this years strain of flu, it's taking folks 6-8 weeks to get to feeling better. Hubby's been weak since Valentine's day......his last golf day. When that guy doesn't golf, you know he's sick.
He had his flu shot in Sept. and it may have helped on the flu's messy side. He only has the weakness part. He had blood work done and everything is normal. Rest and liquids are his directives. I make a mean homemade chicken soup.

The flu shot worked. It gave him the flu.

Weakness has been the number 1 complaint I've heard this year also. I woke up feeling ok a few days and went to work. By noon I was toast and felt like I had worked 12+.
