I ran one ghetto route they would be out by late morning. Usually the ones best not seen in the light of the day. Next to the dope dealers on the street corners.
It used to be really bad when I first started this route.

Tree branches from idiots planting small trees next to the road? You can't see those at night and bad if you don't know the area well.

Periodically the city would crack down and they would just move to another neighborhood for a while but eventually would be back.
