I might make a chicken. The pork ribs roast turned out excellent yesterday.

Pork tenderloins are one of the easiest things to fix on the grill. Spices are whatever suits you, but the technique is always the same and it comes out pefect.

Pretend that "loin log' is square. Only half lit on the grill. Brown on all 4 sides 10-15 min a side. Now move it to the side of the grill that is not tuned on. Close the lid and check on the temp in about 25-30 mins.
The new 145°friend recommended internal temperature (followed by a recommended three minute rest)

This is for those loins that are sometimes in a packet with seasoning already on...maybe a pound, pound and a half.

I don't like the ones in a packet. They taste fake.
