We changed that to 10:30.
Car dealerships. Do that here.
We had people lining up a half hour or more before start time to pick stuff up.
The loader at the end of the belt who stacked the stuff up for pick-up would do her best to take care of them.
There were days when my truck was parked there, I'd have to tell people to move so I could get out.
