Deer meet is very lean and most people don't know how to cook it. Have some slow cooked deer chops that just fall apart when you pick them up. Yum yum!

Slice a tenderloin (backstrap) into thin strips.

Marinate in a little red wine and olive oil.

Stir-fry with vegetable of your choice.

Feel like you just entered food nirvana.

You just have to season it the right way.
