Sometimes someone else will cry about needing help and spend more time calling in and whining for help than trying to get things delivered. You get messages to go help and you already have more work then them. By the time you can meet them they are either already done or just have a few stops left.

Or you will waste an hour after you finish your own work setting up and waiting at a meet point for nothing except easy money.
