It's always been like that for us. There is no discount on additional charges though, such as, residential surcharge, fuel surcharge, Saturday delivery, etc. And if anyone is caught using it for their own business, immediate termination.

We can use it for our business, if we have one. So your discount sucks.

I wonder why they did that? Supposedly Ground is making money hand over fist. We (Express) get a 75% discount on Express. Don't know how much it is on Ground.

Ground will be interesting to watch moving forward. I just can't see the drivers and contractors staying happy with such a small piece of the pie.
