I really hate it when banks sell mortgages but they all do it. I financed my house through a local bank I like and it was sold before I made the first payment. And it was sold again a couple of more times later.

My X handled all the stuff on the Mortgage etc ......i just signed the papers... and paid out my @monkeybutt

When people buy their first house they usually get overwhelmed by all the paperwork and just start signing everything handed to them.

That's a question you need to ask when you apply for a loan. Not all banks sell them off.

That's a question you need to ask when you apply for a loan. Not all banks sell them off.

Almost all do it. If a bank says they don't do it get it in writing. I refinanced mine to get a better rate and that time I made sure it wouldn't be resold.

LOL...you just gave me a flashback....we had the home built .....signed a million papers ......the went to city hall when home was complete and signed a million more
