Thanks to you, I feel like an old fart now, so I have to embrace it, as I don't want to lose it.

But my wife will eventually take that from me too.

A good woman will understand.

My wife knows I can't work 11 hours a day anymore. She see's me when I can't walk and she sees me limping in pain.
She doesn't stress me anymore.

I agree completely. I don't think my wife fully understands all the bullpoop we have to deal with on a daily basis, but she knows when I come home and look dead, she doesn't say a word, just gives me a hug and tells me she loves me. What more could I ask for.

Plus when she sees my check every Thursday morning online, I love the smile she gives me, that in and of itself, makes going to work worth it.

I make my wife sound like a money whore, but she doesn't have to worry about paying the bills every month, they get paid when they come in now. She can shop to her little hearts desire now, and knowing shes happy, makes all this crap we deal with worth it for me.
