I'm going to smoke a turkey for Christmas. I think I might use this rib recipe to do a couple of racks of ribs as well.

I smoked a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Make sure you inject it with turkey stock and throw some bacon on it. That will make sure it comes out very moist and tender.

My BIL brined his turkey for thanksgiving. It was very moist.
