This brings up a good question------if someone hands you a tip on an area that you don't run on a regular basis, is the tip yours or do your give it to their regular driver?

Guess it depends.
Maybe some people rarely get a package but during peak they order a lot. If a cover driver does that section for a month it should be his.
If it's a regular every day customer it should be yours or at least a split.

People should know the difference between right and wrong.

Last week I had a driver call me and asked if I normally did a certain section. He said a customer wanted to give me a tip and will see me when I get that section back.

I will split it with him when i get it.
