When do you get your days back?

It blows my mind how things are so different all across the country for UPS drivers. At FedEx, most things are the same countrywide, except for the slick stuff local management tries to pull. Vacation, etc is always the same.

My date is right before football season and I usually burn my option days pretty quick.

Probably the greatest thing about my local is I only need to work 1 day a month to get a full months pension credit.

Theoretically I could work 12 days a year and get full credit.
