We have the same program at Fedex, only it's called DRA. I wonder how much the creator of the program made off the two companies? I sure am glad I don't have it on my route. I get to drive around all day, like the trained professional I am, and deliver my stops in the most efficient way possible. Imagine that....

You know at first I have to admit, I thought people were just whiney about it. But now that we are up to speed on it I HATE IT. I don't even use it. I'm a sort sup. But it makes drivers later and later and then it makes it almost impossible to get everything out on time. I told my center manager I get he's pissed that trailers are late.
