Did you guys know that 50% of those crap holes return to theyre original state even right after Jon Taffer cleans it up.

We made a sport of Googling "saved" restaurants from that show on the Food Channel. Most went out of business shortly after the show aired.

Most of those places have reasons they got into that shape in the first place. Some polish and a new coat of paint won't fix that.
