I threw a full rack of ribs right into the sewer once last summer. Was so pissed off they caught in fire they went straight from the smoker ,walked to the street and threw them into the sewer hole......

I will admit to one. I had friends and neighbors over once for brisket. It was so tough you couldn't cut it with a chainsaw. It was awful.

Brisket is my nemesis. First time I tried one it was crunchy.

The last time I tried brisket, I nailed everything except it was a little dry. Next time I will inject it with beef broth.
