Spray bottle of water is all you need and keep an eye on your meat!

Sometimes a spray bottle won't get the job done.


I've only cooked on gas a time or two. Once was staying at a condo for a friends bday. I was cooking brats and dogs for about 20 people. Went in to have a beer with the guys while it cooked.


Came back out and looked like what I imagine @Big Arrow Down...D grill looked like Sunday.
