My absolute favorite thing to grill (really high temperatures) is a thick, high quality tuna steak.

Just seared on the outside and barely warm in the middle.

The most perfect protein ever.

There's a place by my parents that makes an unreal Ahi tuna. Always one of the first places I go to when I go home.
