made a good investment when i got my tires about 2.5 yrs ago, bought one of those warranties and figured im never gonna need it but used it today ! needed a new tire, would have cost a franklin, but got a brand new one for $13.00 ( disposal fees and labor) Whew!

Other than that fun ( NOT) ... nada.

I had a route that covered the main street of a little town about 100 miles away from our center. A couple years before I bid it, a southern preacher-type came to town in an old station wagon with his family and not much else. Started a store-front "church." Required all his parishioners to tithe at least 10% of their incomes or donate equivalent time to the church.

By the time I got the route, he had a multimillion dollar building on 20 acres of prime land that his "flock" had built. And, a Jaguar for him and a Merc for his wife.

Sweet gig for the cons.
