Fight the power.
I would start the day with some monster milk. Take some pre workout drink mix, mixed with some creatine , then some more monster milk. Then take 2 rtd 51 G protein cans for lunch with two grilled chicken breasts. Then some grilled chicken for dinner with some more monster milk.

I eat every 2.5-3 hours. My snacks are either a pound of cottage cheese or protein bars.

Lunch and dinner brown rice and either ground beef turkey or chicken breasts.
