Funny...i was in the female locker room at ups last week....i go to wash my hands, and i realize that on the faucet (which is probably 20 years old)...the hot and cold handles were installed backwards....lol
I don't mess with that stuff anymore.

I had to replace my hot water tank a few months ago. A pain but better to spend $400 and do it myself than 2 to 3 times as much to pay someone else to do it.
