Add some potatoes and peppers.

Have a couple of these.

Little while later,perfect ribs! Nailed the flavor and the tenderness. Best ones yet.

I've been hiding out in Texas with the Grandkids for a couple of weeks but I'm back in Minnesota now. Did I miss anything?
