Just increase your 401k by 2% in August, when we get our raise. You will never miss it.. Might also help you out at tax time.

You never notice the difference when you increase your 401k and it is increasingly obvious of how necessary it will be. If you have time before retirement you can have enough invested you will be able to get by even without a pension. It is the people close to retirement who are in trouble.
Got to start somewhere. Can never hurt to put some money away.
I always get the new guys to sign up. Even if it is 1%.
Its the older guys that are hard to convince. The more they .make, the less they contribute.
