An italian pastry... fried, crispy shell filled with sweet ricotta cream filling with chocolate chips and pieces of dried fruit....delicious if done right.
Snoop...ever have a cannoli where the shell is dipped in chocolate...then filled?? Omg

No....I've made and fried the.shells from scratch when i used to work in a bakery in high school but their cannoli cream recipe was a secret....the owner made it himself.
