Some of our members are allowing our Union to grow weak by just shrugging their shoulders and saying "whatever" when they run in to an issue.

Saw one of those people this morning signing a warning letter without any representation at all. I told him he was making a big mistake. "Ok, dad, whatever." "Whatever? I bet you won't 'whatever' me when you're standing on the unemployment line."
