I saw a video of a guy cooking thin (half inch or so) steaks on top of the chimney. He used a small grate that sat on the chimney, got that afterburner fire going and a few seconds on each side it was done.

I make ribeye sandwiches every now and then. Never thought about doing it that way.

Hey fatherhood is the absolute best thing I've ever experienced. Ever. Just don't do the two for one deal like we did if you can help it. No time for anything so far. Actually about to catch a movie but keep at it slave. It's way worth it.
