no yard work for me today.

I actually made ribs in the oven thursday. They do real well in the oven.

they are excellent. I just use my regular rib rub, bake in the oven about 2-3 hours. they fall off the bone. the lower row is a slab of ribs, cut up. the ones on top are a package of country ribs to fill out my pan. No matter how many I make, there are usually no leftovers.
