Same for me. I'm just relaxing inside enjoying the A/C. I did a lot more than I had planned on outside while the weather was dry. I had some things I wasn't going to do yet but didn't want to waste the good weather.
I'm sure at least half of it is water weight. You can lose pounds quickly that way but you usually gain them back. 3 or 4 pounds a week is very possible and that rate can be maintained for a long period.
