Well, I worked five days and it's been hot. Probably sweated some water weight as well. No carbs or sugar in this diet. My body is loving it.

I'm sure at least half of it is water weight. You can lose pounds quickly that way but you usually gain them back. 3 or 4 pounds a week is very possible and that rate can be maintained for a long period.
