Not knowing squat about farming, I would say the success rate is the finial yield vs the number planted? Yes? No?
The numbers mean this.


Let's say 100 acres is the expected total acreage to be planted in beans this year. 96 of those 100 acres have been planted. 96%


4 acres are yet to be planted. 4%


72 of those acres Have successfully sprouted and are expected to produce a yield. 72% successful


This means 24 acres for some reason are not expected to produce a yield. Flood ect. 24% unsuccessful
