Never heard of it until I came here. The overallowed is atrocious everyday. But in the end, it's fantastic. Make service on more packages, and if someone gets blown out with pickups we have a plan B.

There was 1 guy in my center who did it. I don't know how he got the job. It was never bid. Driving around getting misloads off other drivers kind of just got added to him. He got paid for long days of hardly working.

It's essentially like an air driver position that then runs bulk, misloads, and On Demands. High piece count, low stop count, lots of miles.
