It's essentially like an air driver position that then runs bulk, misloads, and On Demands. High piece count, low stop count, lots of miles.

They try pulling that crap with air drivers here. Lots of grievances filed.

We used to have that...but now they bury ...said driver w deliveries

center manager is actually a service guy, so he's a big fan of it. I'm sure it will be gone when he leaves. My last guy would have had a heart attack if we did that.

Seriously though, I DID look because I don't know enough about bulls to know what sets them off, and I was nervous about driving too close. Didn't want it ramming my truck. So I checked it out. I was a little confused to see the udder as well as what I thought would have been a penis if it was a male. Lol.

We would have the preload sups come get them sometimes. It was mostly the sup being punished. Most of the time it was them telling you to run all misloads even if you couldn't.

We had air drivers meet drivers to get misloads and take them to another driver but they were not allowed to deliver anything themselves. Not even if it mean service failures.

I was going to ask that. Sups bring out missed pckgs all the time on their way home.
