Some years they do that. Not always. It is a bit surprising when they show some common sense though.

Never in 30 years did they ever mention being careful on Halloween---unless a driver brought it up at the am---and NEVER did they put in additional routes so you could be in before sundown. It was always the same old preach safety out of one side of their mouths while ignoring the obvious.
