I know. I was talking about that a couple days ago. They tried to punish me for grieving them by, essentially, shooting themselves in the foot. Whatever, not my problem.
I first realized that decisions in this place are made by sharing a crack pipe a little over a year ago. I was still a loader. My PT supervisor said we needed to load exactly 100 bags into a trailer. No more, no less. No packages. So we're gonna spend the money to send this trailer, less than 10% full, nothing but bags, instead of just putting the bags into the regular trailer. And on top of that, we're actually gonna pay somebody to stay there all night and load it. And confuse the sorters by making them send a certain number of bags to a different belt.
I asked my supervisors no less than 4 times what the purpose was, and I got a different response every time. Truth be told, they didn't even know what the purpose was. They were just working as they were directed. I'll never forget that, though.

We still talk about stuff. I appreciate you asking actually and don't think you are being a d* at all. I just don't think she knows what to do. I'm just trying to give her time and space, you know? She did snap on me earlier this week so I backed off talking to her. I don't know what's going on brother. I'm just trying to focus on me right now and bettering myself.

We will see man. I'm supposed to go talk to the HR guy Tuesday about a driving job. So I'm trying to get my mind settled for it. Have a lot to look forward to and be thankful for. So that's what I'm at.
