I had another (Good) job when I started. Got 5 hours of sleep a day, the test was commuting and working. That lifestyle didn't last very long.

You have no clue how bad some days I hate my job. It's not the actual work that bothers me. Just the mental BS.
My wife's job is the same way. She needs about two more years and she will have a lifetime discount. That and the matching 401k is the only reason she stays.
