Boats suck......new steering cable is in my future and I'm gonna have to drop $300 to renew my trailer tags and boat tag on Tuesday. Pist

I live in Ohio. Most of my family owns boats. I refuse to buy one. Storage ,dock fees , maintenance, clubs etc not to mention cost of boat itself. And in Ohio , u get to use use it like maybe 4 months out of the year if your lucky. And with ups hours only on weekends on those 4 months. I love going out on the water. I can't justify the cost for me....

As long as its a 2 wheeled trailer in Mn. a "forever utility/boat trailer license " is $35 bucks. A boat license will cost you like $45 for a three year license if your boat is under 20 feet. At one time I was licensing 5 different boats.

GEEZUS! I have to pay for tags every year which is only $13 a year but the registration is like $250. It suuuuuuuucks. But it's good for 3 years I think.
