So go to a Chevy dealer. Demand a manager, get his name and number. Go wherever he tells you to go. Tell them that the Chevy dealer told you to come here. Leave the name and number with them. Make them call them right then and there, in front of you.
This can go on and on in circles for a while, but basically: Annoy the mother****ing hell out of them. Someone, somewhere, is going to get tired of seeing your face and hearing your voice, and you'll eventually get the answer you need.
Attrition is a common tactic used by lazy businesses and/or employees in the hopes that you'll just "let it go." Show them that you're gonna be a major pain in their ass until it's taken care of, and watch what happens.
