They all received a check for a little over 9 dollars to show up in court as well. They never did and a star was born. It took mega stones on my part and I gained about 20 pounds throughout the process. Ups is a nasty place. I've seen it at its nastiest. I've seen the pure evil and I known it everyone is like this. It took a long time to let up on them. Now I'm respected because of my ability to switch it into another gear. That gear isn't a fun gear though.
UPS would make so much more money, if they treated people like human beings.

They find a way to make you hate them. No motivation to go above and beyond.

I'm well respected now but will still be an evil person at the drop of a switch. It's finding your way in the middle. I could sit there and make a decision to take a management persons job just like they would me and sleep at night. There are people who can not have any feelings in this arena. They helped stoke that flame and ingrain that into my already disturbed psyche. Plus my mentor best friend and BA is one of the smartest and shrewdest minds in all of ups. He keeps me sharp and I have backing. I can honestly say that I have someone who has my back and it makes me a better union man for all the members. I wouldn't be where I am without this man. For that my loyalty is biblical.
Writing about it on here keeps me sharp as well. I appreciate the chance to.
