I'm going to disappoint you.
They did some damage a few years ago to the side of my house.
We've known that siding was bad...but the roof needed to be done badly. I refuse to say I'm in a money pit lol...the house was not cared for for many years. We are doing it all as quick as we can but it doesn't seem quick enough lol

That's the issue. The room was a huge add on. 700 square feet. When we first cleaned up around the house I noted the metal flashing at grade looked weird. We pulled off some rotted pieces and could see where the beams are shifting.

So that's a huge repair....in the mean time...I'm going to seek out a way to remediate the water splashing back from run off. Gutters is obvious. Gotta get those. I am also thinking a dry creek bed/ French drain. We are in a pretty good sized slope on both west and east of the house.

Its no joke when you factor in how much cash we have worked out over the last 3 years. When this season starts peaking, I will be taking every gig offered. Lol

flashing dont cost that much and is pretty simple to put on
