Dude, we all go a little nuts sometimes. No ban or que necessary yet since you realize the problem and can self moderate... Hopefully..

I can feel ya on the 7-0 hockey loss.

Last night we had a 8-1 hockey loss. I actually went from rage to depression real fast.

Good thing it is only sports and there's always next year.. Figuring them down 3-0 ain't gonna cut it.
