Aren't most VFW's old people hang outs?

They used to be back when you actually had to be a veteran of a foreign war or spouse of one to get in. Now days they are open to the public (at least the ones I've been to). The drinks are cheaper and most of them serve great food. They are more like a sports bar now. They usually have something going on just about every night. Our local VFW is probably the busiest bar in town---especially on dollar beer night.

Yeah the ones I've seen here...its usually a much older crowd.
