I smoked for 3 hours at 225. Then pulled em out put in foil with a little bit of wine, wrapped smoked for 2 hours at 225. Pulled out, brushed on the BBQ, back in for an hour.
Turned out good
I do them the same way I take them off when they still have a little “bite” left to them. Don’t like them falling apart
