An old lady just cussed me out the other day for something I had no control over. I apologized to her and explained to her the situation. She still was angry. I apologized again. Last time I saw her she smiled at me and thanked me twice. I always treat elderly with utmost respect no matter what. If they come around fine. If not fine also.
