IE isn't that bad if you have no choice. It used to be really bad but it is much better now. Everyone still says it is awful just because that is what they hear so they just repeat what they heard. Chrome is a little better but not that much. Chrome is getting bloated and has problems of its own now. I like Firefox best but there are still issues with it sometimes.

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
IE did everything I needed, and better than Firefox.

Hopefully their new browser will come when the Win10 comes out at the end of the month.

I'll use Chrome when I can't stand the others more than Chrome.
I've had IE blamed for so many viruses it's not even funny.

Browsers have little to do with virus protection. If you are running a good anti-virus program (as you should of course) then it won't matter what browser you use. Browser extensions like Disconnect and Ad Block help but you still need to run virus scans periodically. And Malwarebytes too.

Thanks, that did it.

What browser do you suggest, like IE the best but not supported anymore, Chrome can't stand, and Safari, well that is another story.

Can't really help you. I use Mac's now, and only Safari.

I really don't think you have that many choices.
