There were a lot of guys at the building I worked at that were 25 year or more PT’ers. Kept the lights on for em and they enjoyed it so I guess that’s all that matters.

But I guess if you make that kind of money as a PT’r and get all of the OT a guy could want it would be easier to make the decision. I guess.
PT positions used to pay a reasonable wage. And then they kept getting raises. Then they got red circled. And they get OT after 5 instead of 8.
They have a better deal than anyone full time.
