We have lost many pick up account over the last 4-5 years.

I'm not out delivering anymore so I don't know how the volume is. That's why I asked. Just from what I have read( not on here) it seems volume keeps increasing and at a fairly good clip.

I can already see the route I ran today is gonna be a complete disaster come Orion. I already have to skip all of my resi mixed in unless the day goes just perfect. Nothing like delivering a business and saying see you for the pick up in 20 minutes.

Has to be a better way.

Most of the pick up accounts we have also ship FedEx where 10 years ago it was just us.

I would say yes volume is up. The pie is much larger than it's ever been and growing all the time. However our slice of the pie is shrinking.
