Gas, charcoal, smoker, oven etc.
I'll start the ribs on the smoker then wrap them and put them in the gas grill at around 225 with indirect heat. Then I'll sauce them and finish them on direct heat. I don't know if I'm doing them Saturday or Sunday but I'll be posting while I am doing them.

Lump charcoal is the way to go.

started using an electric smoker. Have been happy with the results so far.

I'll be doing some this weekend also. My wife bought them on sale and put them in the freezer Ive allways done fresh ones Don't know how they will turn out but I'll post some pics also

Sounds like you've done this before and know what you're doing.
