How long to cook something?
I've seen a few on my route.
Ribs 6 hours at 225, a pork butt takes roughly ten hours for shredded, it's not based on time more internal temp and rest. Internal temp 205 rest for an hour or so and pull. I started doing. Brisket roughly 13-15 hours then 1-2 hours in a cooler resting. It's all about internal temp. Low and slow.
