Sorry but all I'm making are ribs, pork tenderloin, and beer can chicken. Might even grill some veggies. I'm having trouble figuring out how to smoke beef.Just don't forget that I like my steak medium.

Pork isn't bad for you depending on what cut it is. Ribs are fat city for sure but pork loin is pretty lean.
